Order and pickup policy

Ordering process

The weekly orders will be taken from Friday until Thursday at 4 pm east time.

Processing Time:
All weekly orders received from Friday until Thursday (before 4:00 p.m.) will be processed the following Friday morning and will be available for pickup that same day. 

Pick-Up Days: Fridays.
Pick-Up Hours: 2– 6 pm.
Pick-up Location: Moseley, Chesterfield. VA. The exact address will be sent to you by email once we receive your order.

For arranging pick-up on a different day and time, please reach out to Biskush.us@gmail.com to discuss viable options for both parties.

Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to control how they are transported and stored once delivered to the customer, Biskush does not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final.
